If the discount did not apply
- Whether you arrived through the Mastercard Malaysia channel link. Agoda serves a different price list by the route you come through, so the same room opened in the app or from plain search never shows this rate.
- Whether you booked a single room. Several rooms of different types, or a package booking, usually loses the discount.
