Updates
New features and changes, each with its date. Newest first. The current version is 0.3.2 (9 September 2026).
The extension is on the Chrome Web Store
Tripdify Saver passed review and is published as a regular Chrome Web Store item. There is no folder to load by hand any more: click Add to Chrome on the store page and the browser keeps it updated from then on.
The extension page and the install dialog on the home screen now carry a store install button, and the install and uninstall instructions in the guide and the FAQ were rewritten around the store.
To learn which articles and pages help, we added a first-party cookie that remembers the page you first landed on as an anonymous tag, and updated the privacy policy to match.
0.3.2, city guides and a how to book cheaper page
All 39 city pages now carry an editorial guide: when rooms are cheap and when they are not, currency and card payments, which booking channel tends to win, where to stay, airport to city options, and three common questions. Each language is written separately for its own reader.
A step by step page on how to book hotels cheaper sits under Booking tips: compare on the final total, check several sites, use card channels and promo codes, move the dates, hold with free cancellation, and pay in the local currency.
Airport transfer, local car rental and eSIM partner links now open the country or city page instead of the partner home page. The updates page lists a date for every entry.
0.3.1, promo codes, booking site guides, new design
Promo codes are grouped by category with a page per brand. Codes are hidden until tapped, and card offers follow the market of the site language. Guides for 13 booking partners covering stays, flights, transfers, car rental, tickets, eSIM and insurance were added.
Card channels are shown as card shaped tiles with the issuer mark and a flag, and your own market comes first. Brand marks appear wherever a partner or issuer is named.
New logo and home layout, a travel magazine section, share preview images for messengers, and visitor analytics. A bug that kept card promotion landing buttons from opening was fixed.
0.3, Tripdify name finalized, multi-site comparison
The service name is now Tripdify and the extension is named Tripdify Saver. The site is deployed on Cloudflare Workers, and the language is determined by your browser settings and a language cookie rather than being part of the URL.
Besides Agoda, you can now paste Booking.com, Trip.com, Expedia, and Airbnb links, and a comparison panel for finding the same property on Trip.com, Hotellook, and Expedia has been added to the results screen. When the lowest price across sites is cheaper than Agoda, a notice appears above the results.
A new design based on ink and lime colors has been applied. The results table now has a Free cancellation mark, and the Affiliate disclosure page and Privacy policy have been rewritten.
0.2, partner panel and languages
A partner panel with six rows, stays, flights, activities and tickets, car rental, travel insurance, and eSIM, was added below the results screen and the Link-only screen. Search terms and dates are pre-filled to match your stay dates and destination.
Korean, English, and Japanese are now supported. The site displays automatically in the language you browse in, and CID channel names are shown per language as well.
0.1, first release
The first public release included Agoda channel price comparison, card channel settings (search on or off and preferred cards), search history with Group by stay, shareable result links, and Link-only mode for use without the extension.
The comparison works by having the extension open each channel's page in your browser and read the tax-inclusive total, and results are stored only in your browser.
