Klook
The widest activity catalogue in Asia
Klook is an activity booking site that started in Hong Kong. It covers tickets and passes, airport transport, rail passes and eSIMs across Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
When it is worth it
It lists more Asian products than anywhere else. Japan rail passes and theme park tickets are often cheaper than buying at the gate, and many let you walk past the ticket queue. Local payment is supported in every language the site runs in.
Use it when
- Booking a Japan rail pass, a theme park and airport transport in one go
- You want pages in your own language and to pay in your own currency
- You would rather pull the voucher out of an app on the spot
Choose something else when
- For European museums and landmarks, Tiqets carries more
- The same product is sometimes cheaper on KKday, so compare once when the amount is large
What to check
Some codes work only in the app, so check the label before you plan to book on the web. A code tied to a card or a wallet needs that payment method, and a code discount usually does not stack with a card discount.
Check before you book: Activities & tickets
- Whether it is a dated or timed product, and when cancellation closes
- Whether you enter on the QR code or must exchange it for a physical ticket
- Whether your code is web-only, app-only, or tied to a payment method

Klook: common questions
Can an app-only code be used on the web?
No. Each code is marked web-only, app-only or tied to a payment method. When a code refuses to apply at checkout, it is almost always one of those conditions, so read the code's terms first.
Can I cancel what I booked?
It varies by product. The detail page states the cancellation deadline, and dated tickets and tours are often non-refundable. Before your plans are firm, check that the product is cancellable.
