Welcome Pickups is also an airport transfer service, but it recruits and trains its own drivers, so the experience varies much less.
When it is worth it
It is worth the difference on a first visit to a country whose language you do not speak, or when travelling with parents or small children. The driver speaks English and contacts you before you land. Being able to ask where to buy a SIM or a transit card on day one is a real, practical benefit.
What to check
It covers fewer cities than Kiwitaxi. If your destination is not listed, look there instead. Popular slots sell out in high season, so book once your flight is ticketed.
